The Max Patch Retreat is a non-smoking indoor environment. You are welcome to smoke outside.
Pets are welcome, but an additional damage deposit is required.

WEEKLY RENTALS DURING PEAK SEASONS

As a rule, we will take reservations for weekly rentals ONLY for:
Memorial Day through Labor Day
October, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
UNTIL 30 days before any date during these peak seasons.

Beginning 30 days before a date, you may reserve TWO nights or
more during these peak seasons.

RATES:
2 Night Minimum Stay
2 - 6 nights up to 2 guests $120 per night
Additional guests $10 each

Weekly (7 nights) for up to 2 guests $720
Additional guests $60
An additional 7% North Carolina sales tax will be added

A $100 deposit, refundable with 30 days notice ( 60 days for major holidays ),
is required for all reservations. You can pay by check or money order mailed to the
address above, or you can make this deposit with your Credit / Bank Card through Paypal
